Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview

Thank you for shopping at fpvmqr.shop. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have [30] days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

• Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products, intimates, swimwear)

• Gift cards and Final Sale items

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at goodwinrobles697995@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within [5-10] business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if we provided the return label).

 

Exception: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Exchanges
